About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel, providing comprehensive legal support across various aspects of operations. You will work closely with different departments within the organization, handling a wide range of commercial contracts, project investments, and dispute resolutions, particularly in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including oil product sale and purchase agreements, charter-party agreements, storage leases, corporate guarantees, letters of intent, multi-party settlements, and supply and logistics agreements.

• Corporate Legal Support: Provide legal support to associated companies, review legal documents, board and shareholders’ resolutions, and assist with by-law amendments.
