Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive, HR & Admin to join our team. You will oversee various HR & administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and off-boarding, office administration and employee relations. · Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include Talent Acquisition for the region(s), salary proposal aligning with market rate, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, talent management, compensation & benefits and general administration.

· Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and regulations.

· Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.

· Manage employee relations issues and facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes.

· Support on the annual compensation reviews, consolidating and reviewing submissions at the regional level, and analysing the overall data.

· Prepare submission to government agencies, such as CPF, IRAS, FWL, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc.

· Payroll administration and preparation of monthly payroll payouts and salary reports

· Provide secretarial support to President – travel arrangements, calendars, appointments scheduling, claim & etc.

· Support events and festival celebrations execution.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

· Possess Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus in learning and development, talent management, recruitment, and HR policy compliance.

· Strong sense of urgency, high adaptability, resourceful and independent mindset.

· Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and HR practices

· Team player and self-driven, with a passion to make a positive impact to the organization

· Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment.
