Day to Day Operations

• Streamline the operations processes and improve efficiency and customer service standards.
• Ensure the company’s policies and standards are communicated and implemented.
• · Oversee and assist in team members day to day task to ensure smooth operation.

Stock/Inventory Management

• Control and manage inventory and transfers across all locations effectively
• Oversee stock-take exercises at all locations.

• Investigate any inventory discrepancies and reconcile all inventory reports and highlight all issues for management
• Ensure that the stock level at all locations is within the acceptable thresholds and work closely with the buying team on stock management.

Leadership

• Drive, inspire, motivate, manage and lead the team to achieve the company’s objectives by meeting sales target with an outstanding customer service and excellent operations management.
• Work with the team on personal development and onboarding training
• Provide consistent and effective feedback and performance counselling to coach each team member, ensuring that each team member grows professionally and develops outstanding sales and customer service to meet their personal sales target.
• Review and monitor individual performance in line with the company’s objectives.
• Deal with all issues that arise from team members’ (complaints, grievances, etc) and handle team members’ disciplinary issues

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field or any other relevant qualifications in retail studies with at least 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 years of managerial experience.

Job Duties:

• Performance Management – Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organisation’s overall strategic objectives and ensure that monthly reports are submitted timely.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the Medical Director in all day to day operations of the medical services

• Maintain a registry of operational manuals and files related to the medical department and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated
• Establish and maintain a system for filing and archiving all essential information and circulars from government agencies such as the Ministry of Health (MOH)
• Oversee and assist in the collation of statistics to various government agencies such as MOH
• Assist the Medical Director and the medical team in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in the event such plans need to be activated
• Provide secretarial support to the Medical Director in all internal and external meetings

2. Project Management and Research (e.g Development of new services)

3. Coordinate continuing medical education and training
