POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO. You are expected to wear multiple hats and act as an enabler for the CEO to be most effective with his workdays. This role is ideal for someone with strong business judgment, high attention to detail and communication skills, and the ability to interact with a variety of people in a professional and welcoming manner. Enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness are crucial, as is a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the CEO’s calendar daily - Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Providing updates and reminders to keep the CEO on schedule
• Coordinate the agenda for any internal or external meetings with the relevant stakeholders
• Manage and Plan Travel itineraries
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
• Plan & coordinate strategic reviews and updates on status of various initiatives and ensure any action points are concluded in a timely manner
• Coordinate and follow up with business verticals from time to time
• Ensure communication with respective teams with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage & monitor all planning, coordination, filing & logistics related to paperwork
• Monitoring priority items for the CEO, providing assistance & follow-ups as required
• Plan & manage the CEO’s travel schedule
• Provide required support on reports, PowerPoint presentations, minutes and briefs

• Experience of supporting a senior executive of a tech company or fast-growing startup

As device modeling engineer, the candidate is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver SPICE models for Process Design Kits development. Candidate should have strong interests and willing to learn Semiconductor physics and able to work with various departments/customers to deliver final product or to resolve issues. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer’s 1st time design success.

Your Job:

● Analyze and represent semiconductor devices with industry standard models.

● Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results

● Works closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues

● Prepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations.

● Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

● Some basic programming is needed for data analysis. Preferred python
