Our client is a logistics and supply chain company specializing in air freight services. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to assist their Facilities team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Customer Service Executive is responsible for:

Duties

• Assist customers with daily cargo bookings for our diverse airline products, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Handle the booking of capacity with airlines and confirm these arrangements with customers.
• Understand the specific requirements of our various airline products to provide appropriate advice to customers.
• Support the administration of cargo bookings by entering flight reservations into the system and maintaining accurate data updates.
• Coordinate with multiple parties, including customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs, to address shipment requirements. Monitor shipment status, keep customers informed, and maintain positive relationships by addressing inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing data and perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Min 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• Min “O” & “N” Levels.
• Familiar with CCN system.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in Marine or Aviation sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and providing solutions.

3. Inter-company issuance of invoice.
4. Petty Cash and e-claims custodian.
5. Posting of CA related to HR, monthly prepayment and agent comm reversal.
6. Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules.
7. Update daily bank balances and prepare bank reconciliation.
8. Ad hoc assignment by Manager

REQUIREMENT

- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy

- Technical Skills and Prior Experience

- Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred.

- IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Independent, meticulous, and good team player
