• Tabulation of Price Comparison Summary for analysis for Food and Non-Food Category
• Recommend the award item for Purchasing Manager, Executive Chef and Director of Finance & Business Support review and approval.

New Vendors & Article Code Creation

• To obtain documentation e.g Supplier Evaluation, Bizfile (applicable for Food and Non-Food supplier) for new Vendor Creation for Director of Finance and Business Support and Purchasing Manager’s approval, and Supplier Questionnaire (applicable for Food & Beverage’s supplier only) and approved by Director of Food Safety, Executive Chef, EAM F&B, and Purchasing Manager.
• To raise new Supplier Creation Form / Supplier Date Change Form for Director of Finance and Support approval.
• To raise new Article Code Creation Form / Article Amendment Form for Purchasing Manager approval.
• Creation of Article Codes/Price Codes and Vendors details are updated accordingly in the system

Others

• Carries out any other duties as required by the Director of Finance & Business Support or Purchasing Manager.
• Monitors all contract expiration dates and update the main data file.
• Handles RFQ and RFP exercises for all categories of Supplies including Capex, General Supplies and Services purchaes.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

• Schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars, while working through scheduling roadblocks.
• Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence including emails, presentations and reports. Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, format consistency, signatures and conformance with executive procedures.
• Assist leadership and organizations by optimizing usage of time. Make decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities.
• Arrange all travel to ensure consistency within company procedures and support organization in obtaining necessary travel documents including Visa/passport, while maintaining Leadership expenses/credit card reconciliation.
• Identify issues within the organization and initiate or facilitate solutions.
• Assist internal departments with the setup of new hires.
• Assist new hires with processes including expense reporting and travel systems and other internal processes and tools. Compile, prepare and process Leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation where needed.

Job Scope

- Support for grants administration

- Assist in grants administration process, such as performing eligibility checks for applications, processing of applications using the grants management IT system

- Data entry and filing, reviewer invitation and tracking

- Checking of reports, anonymisation of data, handling email enquiries, assisting in meeting

preparation and other secretarial duties etc.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Game Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualising and designing game mechanics, levels, and narratives that align with our game project’s vision. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute game design documents by fully scoping out: game mechanics, progression, economies, analytics, narratives, and other related features.

Collaborate with the art and development teams and act as a single source of truth for design.

Be able to iterate on game designs and balance in the engine based on playtest feedback and analytics.

Communicate design specifications and requirements clearly with key stakeholders.

Build the design of new casual games and develop conviction for your design through research.

Keep up to date with the industry to ensure that the quality of our games are surpassing if not exceeding industry standards.

• At least 5+ years experience as a Game Designer, with primary focus on mobile games. 
• Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
• Ability to think logically and solve complex design challenges.
• Proficient in Unreal Engine and Unity
• Proficiency in game design tools and software (confluence, notion, JIRA, MIRO).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
