· Adhere to the laboratory quality control policies, document all quality control activities, instrument and procedural calibrations and maintenance performed.

· Be capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance of test results, reporting of test results, correct the problems and immediate notify the superior.

· Engage in training exercise (Eg. ISO 17025 training, proficiency test, ring test) to fulfill compliance requirements.

· Ability to satisfactorily participate in proficiency testing programs.

· Maintain competency in all trained areas.

· Manage the sample retention room.

· Perform all related works as required.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills along with strong computer aptitude are essential.

· Meticulous, conscientious and systematic.

· Individual must display a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, as well as, the ability to work well with others.

· Understanding of statistical tools and analysis.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Experience with Root Cause Analysis.

· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.

· Official Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm, Alternate Sat: 8am to 12noon, Sun: Rest Day

· The position is full-time non-remote, Monday through Friday, alternate Saturday, with flexibility to support weekends on occasion.
