Purpose:

• Support Design Lead in design guidance to project team members in delivering the Front End Project Design up to and including Concept Select in accordance with business and project objectives and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Design Lead in the following:

• Monitors engineering cost expenditure against estimates and reports cost position to the Project Manager on a regular basis
• Management of internal and external design and technical resources during the Front end stages
• Ensure clean room design, warehouse etc. and other associated regulatory requirements are in place in the overall design.
• Ensure overall GSK standards and required pharmaceutical requirements are integrated in the overall laboratory design.
• Collaborate design, project and construction alignment with muti-function stakeholders and project team to ensure clear communication on design process, intent, milestones and decision.
• Collaborate and manages design to ensure successful decanting construction process for brownfield project.
• Managing procurement packages for project executions.
• Assist in overall coordination with design team, project team, construction management and internal user team to ensure successful completion and handover of the project. This will include initiating and executing internal GSK procedures for overall site execution works as required.
• Managing and involved in site permit during construction works executions.
• Managing execution of IOQ and coordinate with Quality Representative, Construction Manager, and Contractor Representatives and involved in associated records and sign-off.
• Familiarity to local building codes is a must and pharmaceutical requirements will be a plus point.
  

2. Supports the Project Manager in scope development activities and to support Project Management Framework (PMF) requirements

3. Coordinating overall design input to contractors and vendors.

4. Coordinating design input to Constructability, Commissioning & Qualification and Validation.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• 5-10 years’ experience on Architectural, civil & structure related project within biopharma industry and personally involved in several multi-disciplines’ coordination works for both Green field and Brown field projects from scratch to completion.
• Must know how to drive project teams across different departments
• Good knowledge in GMP requirement
• Knowledgeable in permit application, design requirement for QC Lab/process development lab
• Independent worker, proactive and have trouble shooting skills

Purpose:

Purpose

The Senior QA Validation is responsible for providing quality input and oversight on the following areas during the new product introduction to Singapore Tuas site.

• Design, construction, commissioning and qualification of new facility, equipment technology and system

You are expected to partner with all project members to anticipate, prepare and meet project deliverables on all phases of the project.

As a Senior QA Validation, he/ she represents the project team and point of contact on project quality matters related to equipment and material related activities. He/ she establishes effective working relationship with quality functions of supplier for facility, equipment, systems and material commissioning and qualification, global QA in GSK Vaccines and local site QA in Tuas.

Responsibilities

General Project Quality Management:
