• Maintain inventory and office supplies, anticipate office needs, evaluate new office products, place and expedite orders when required.

• Monitor staff attendance and assist with e-leave applications.
• Assist with reception duties whenever required.

• Support HR administration duties, including managing daily attendance records.

As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will:

• Introduce the brand’s ready to wear collection to customer
• Assisting customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs
• Provide in-depth product knowledge on the features and unique selling points of our company products
• Achieve sales revenue (from offline and online stores)
• Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting plans relating to driving seamless customer experience and care across channels
• Handle order fulfilment process from physical and e-commerce store: product packaging, delivery, and operational excellence.
• Support marketing to deliver sales and promotion campaigns, and visual merchandising plans.
• Maintain an inviting and attractive store front to attract shoppers and turn them into buyers
• Verify daily sales and collection records, and inventory transactions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.
