Job summary:

The System Engineering discipline understands the needs of the automotive customers and translates them into requirements for the other functional disciplines (e.g. electrical, mechanical, software etc.) for implementation. In the RFI/RFQ stage, the System Engineer takes the lead in providing the technical proposals of the product to the customers. In the product development stage, the System Engineer ensures and validates that the product meets the customers’ expectations.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Define and develop system architecture and innovative concepts for automotive electronic products (including Infotainment/Cockpit, Displays, Clusters, ADAS, Gateway, Body-Control-Module (BCM) and Accessories such as Wireless Charger and USB Hub) in collaboration with platform teams of Business Units. - In product development, ensure customer requirements are met in the product design discussion with various disciplines (ME, EE, SW), negotiating performance specifications with customers as required and translating customer requirements to internal requirements.

- Lead cross functional design reviews in system requirements, architecture concepts and system level DFMEA for the product.

- Support engineering teams in multi-discipline design reviews of interface specifications and design concepts, simulation results, and other module level testing results.

Requirements:

As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and developing efficient, reusable, and visually appealing frontend systems for a trading application powered by AI models and LLMs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, AI engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and the product design team to deliver a responsive, engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms. Your expertise will ensure a seamless blend of aesthetic and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop efficient and reusable frontend systems (Web/Mobile)
• Collaborate with backend engineers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build comprehensive, architecturally sound, and visually appealing frontend solutions
• Optimize code to improve scalability, reliability, security, and performance of web and mobile applications
• Design interactive components, especially for chat-based and generative UI, to create dynamic LLM-powered user experiences
• Write comprehensive tests for all developed features to maintain software quality and reliability
• Documentation of design and architecture

Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer
• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js for web development and/or React Native for mobile
• Familiarity with LLM application development and generative UI/interactive components, particularly for chat-based applications
• Strong understanding of code optimization techniques for improved performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions

- Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process

- Manage Work Passes Application, Renewal and Cancellation

- Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A

- Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report

- Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.

- Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report

- Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)

- Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices

- Handling disciplinary issues and executive the necessary e.g. inquiry, warning letter

- Perform any other duties as assigned.
