Reporting to Principal on teaching and administration matters, this role is a dedicated internal and external client service position, involving teaching, program development, and parental engagement, co-operatively with all team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps.
• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and implement the programs in class.
• Keep accurate records of the Champs’ progress. Address each Champ’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability. Complete progress reports and a developmental portfolio of each Champ for each semester.
• Meet with parents to address any concerns or requests. Communicate with parents via the Connection Book at least once a week, weekly update, newsletters and Parent-Teacher conferences.
• Use positive guidance strategies and techniques at all times.
• Guide and supervise Assistant Teacher in the classroom.
• Render basic first aid as and when necessary.
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with the Champs and their parents.
• Supervise and mentor teachers in their delivery of the programme for their classes across different levels.
• Assist the Principal with added responsibilities such as vetting of the newsletters/progress reports/portfolios, organization of events and planning of excursions.
• Conduct in house training for teachers.
• Support the Principal with management of parents’ feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire new individual customers from the HNW space.
• Offer a comprehensive range of retail and priority products, including unsecured cards, to targeted segments.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated sales or acquisition experience in banking with a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in coordination efforts with selected vendors for the assigned workstreams
• Drive the scheduling of the workstream programme and remediation timelines
• Maintain, troubleshoot, patch and update various security tools and scanners used in the workstream
• Recommend the re-engineering and streaming of processes to improve workflows and efficiencies
• Present management reporting and dashboarding to stakeholders, with analysis of data and trends, and recommend next steps

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or other related field or equivalent in experience
• Knowledge of the principles and objectives of the various Cyber Security testing workstreams
• Technical knowledge of security vulnerabilities, validation of remediations and risk assessments
• Professional certifications such CISSP etc. preferred

Relevant Experience

• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar in at least one of the following – Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, Secure Code Review, DevSecOps, cyber exercises, awareness programmes
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IP multicast, QoS, VPC, VRF, Spanning tree, Data Center setup and Cisco ISE with strong deployment and troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting/analysis tools, such as Zabbix, MFNA, Solarwinds, WireShark, CPacket, SevOne etc.
• Hands on experience in operating and maintaining enterprise security tools such as Tenable Nessus vulnerability scanner
• Familiarity with security testing on cloud environments is advantageous
• Strong technical understanding of network, operating systems and cloud security
• At least 5 years experience with a minimum of 2 of the following:
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Network penetration testing
• Proficiency with one or more scripting languages
• Familiarity with scripting for automating tasks using Perl, Python, etc. is advantageous

Job Purpose

To support the mission of MWS Active Ageing Centres through (1) the work of community case management by conducting information and referral services that build the seniors’ resources and empower them to cope effectively (2) active ageing programmes that would build the seniors’ self-help capacity, (3) outreaches to seniors in the community, so that seniors can age well in-place in the community.

Job Responsibilities

1. Case Management

• Perform needs assessment of community dwelling seniors, including Community Screener, EBAS (for depression) and AMT.
• Review care plan with relevant stakeholders
• Facilitate timely and cost appropriate service referral and provision to seniors
• Coordinate care with MWS services as well as external providers
• Participate in case management discussions within MWS and with external service providers
• Build resource map of services and other touchpoints that will benefit seniors living in centre boundary

2. Work with the AAC Team to design, implement activities and programmes that focuses on building the seniors’ self-help capacity including

• On-site and satellite active ageing programmes
• Groupwork
• Outreach events – going door-to-door to do Community Screener assessments and collaborate with community partners to organize outreach programmes

3. Administration – assist the Manager:

• Maintain documentation for audits
• Prepare data for submission to MOH and AIC which includes but not limited to:

1. Register of Information and Referrals done
2. Client satisfaction surveys
3. CST documentation
4. Working with volunteer management executives on Tracking of Befriending and Buddying list
5. Register of activation of the alarm system (if applicable)
6. KPIs of funded programmes

• Achieve service requirements and meet MOH KPIs.
• Ensure compliance to Finance and Human Resources policies
• Perform any other admin duties as assigned by the Centre Manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder preferably in community and social services (senior services) or Psychology or Counselling or healthcare services
• Experience in the social service sector will be an advantage.
