Job Description

• Communicate with customers regarding SS programmes, fees, replacement classes, etc.

• Prepare apparatus for experiments. This includes purchasing and maintaining inventory.

• Mark quizzes and monitor students’ progress to help them achieve better grades.

+ Able to work one and a half weekend days (Sunday from 12 noon, and Saturday).

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable

• Manage vendor and update vendor information
• Purchase Order management
• Manage weekly payment
• Manage petty cash transactions
• Prepare entries for payments under Giro arrangement
• Prepare quarterly schedule and journal
• Work closely with centres to ensure smooth operation and compliance to procedures
• Assist in AP aging review
• Assist in preparing schedules during audit
• Finance Contact Point to support Centre Admin in AP related matters

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A” Level/Diploma holder in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable interacting with people with good interpersonal skills
• Detail-orientated and meticulous
• Able to work under some pressure with time sensitive tasks
• Good problem-solving skills

1. Showroom Operations

Ensure duty team is performing their duty within guidelines.

Facilitate plan showroom/test drive vehicles schedule/movement.

Ensure customers are promptly attended and assist to attend to customers when SCs are all

engaged with customers.

Ensure showroom and demo vehicles are in immaculate condition.

 VES Labels, Award Tents Cards, QR Code, Vehicle Plates, Brochures, Bottle Waters, etc.

2. Sales Support

Ensure Walk-in leads are entered into Sales Force

Assist and support Sales Consultants on product related queries

Verifying bookings in vehicle stocklist & leads records in Sales Force

Assist on Pricelists, Online Sales Portal, Property Charts, Circulars.

Compilation of daily and weekly sales reports

3. Market Research & Product Analysis

Analyse competitor product offerings & pricing strategies.

Analyse and compile previous month OMV to provide insight to competitor new car model

registration.
