KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. The gynaecological, breast pathology and cytology services have six pathologists responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical service comprising gynaecological and breast surgical pathology, frozen section cover, cytology and multidisciplinary meetings. The role of the successful candidate can be primarily clinical with a component of education or research responsibilities in accordance to the candidate’s preferences and aptitude. • Experienced in leveraging of sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, Value/Challenger selling, or similar.

• This role is customer-facing, so you will be required to travel to our customers, and potentially internationally, for events/company meetings. (approximately 40%)

The candidate must have 10+ years working experience in the following areas: -

• Relevant experience in a Financial Institution for IFRS9 Calculation and Reporting, Stress testing and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) simulations.
• Good understanding of core banking and treasury products and data requirement for management accounting or regulatory reporting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains the efficiency of the Guest Services/Information, Bell Service, Doorman.
• Checks on grooming standard of all Bell staff when they are on duty.
• Ensures that all guests approaching the Guest Services Desk are attended to immediately.

• Endorses and indicates the time of each request made.
• Identifies potential vendor to provide services for the hotel and hotel guests e.g. Tour Operator/Limousine Service/Arrange Repair Services.
• Confirms on rates and services rendered based on contracts signed with vendors.
• Understands the hotel safety features and procedures in order to control emergency situations and provide assistance.
• Ensures that the hotel’s fire fighting team is well aware of the hotel’s fire safety procedures.
• Ensures that all incoming correspondence/emails and messages for hotel guests and staff are delivered promptly.
• Checks and dispatch all mails received to the guests and the respective departments concerned.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements

• Professional Qualification in hospitality or any other relevant qualifications

• A team lead responsible for the Financial Accounting and Management Reporting functions in a Finance Shared Services environment supporting healthcare organisations.
• Supervise and lead a team of staff in the section in handling day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing, including the preparation and/or review of the monthly, quarterly and year-end audit schedules and financial reporting packages

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with 1-year experience in a supervisory position
• Higher qualified/experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Finance Executive position
• IT savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with SAP system will be an advantage
• Prior audit experience will be an advantage
