Key responsibilities

• Revise solution architecture drawings, cost templates, Bill of Materials (BOM), and system interfaces
• Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) and List of Supply (LOS) for network solutions.
• Create and update network integration documentation, including Solution Specification and Design, and Network Acceptance Test Procedures.
• Develop the Hardware Integration section in engineering bid proposals.
• Define equipment configuration for the solutions and coordinate assembly with the Hardware Deployment and Integration team as well as collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Define system interfaces required for proposed solutions.
• Load, configure, validate, and hand over equipment to Software Integration teams, both at the factory and on customer sites.
• Support configuration changes to system platforms in the factory and at customer sites.
• Attend design reviews with customers, providing technical insights and expertise.
• Deliver customer training sessions as needed.
• Identify risks at the solution architecture level and propose alternate validated solutions where appropriate.
• Provide system and network expertise to enhance design processes and network solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes.

Ideal requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in network integration and deployment within a project-based environment
• Experience creating and managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and network architecture diagrams
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, etc.)
• Familiarity with design review processes and risk assessment in network solutions

Job description:

• Prepare and negotiate the terms & conditions for Sales & Purchase Contract
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, surveyors, bankers, ship owners/brokers, ship/cargo agents and insurance broker
• Monitoring and manage operations functions such as logistic (liaising with terminals, vessel operator, cargo surveyors, agents and customers on oil loading/discharging operations)
• Pro-active management and recovery of demurrage, oil loss and insurance claims
• Knowledge on trade finance transactions (ILC, TR, freight loan, ELC discounting) will be an advantage

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
• Required Language(s): Chinese and English
• Able to correspond with Chinese counterparties/banks
• Willing and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and a team player
• At least 2 years trade operations working experiences in energy and/or commodities industry
• Preferable can start work immediately/short notice

• Job Title: Event Marketing Admin Executive (Full Time)
• Availability: Immediate
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm (5 days work week)
• Location: People’s Park Centre (Chinatown)

Responsibilities:

• Aid the marketing manager in various marketing initiatives and other administrative tasks.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Create graphics using Canva and produce trending videos for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Support marketing and sales efforts through administrative tasks including data collection, data entry, and designing survey forms.
• Provide onsite support during marketing events.
• Other ad-hoc administrative support

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields, and be a Singapore Citizen/PR.
• Have familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), MS Office, and Canva.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Meticulous and displays a responsible attitude with time management abilities.
• Show resourcefulness and adeptness in creative problem-solving.
• Responsible, resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commence work within short notice.
