Key responsibilities:

• Technology Transfer: Lead the timely and successful transfer of the cell culture or purification stages of the customer’s manufacturing process(es) into the Lonza Singapore production facility. Work with other MSAT team members, technical experts from Lonza’s customer companies or Lonza donor sites, Manufacturing (MFG), Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and other departments on the technology transfer.

• Write change requests and drive to implementation as needed.

• Review cell culture or purification process manufacturing batch records and provide technical input to MFG technical document writing specialists.

• Identify training needs and provide training materials for MFG operators on cell culture or purification process batch records. Work with MFG to update process batch records to enable robust manufacturing operations.

• Support plant start-up and pilot/commercial runs and perform technical investigations and help author technical reports to support close-out of deviations, trouble-shoot process excursions/issues for cell culture or purification operations.

• Design and perform/ support small-scale experiments/ studies in lab to support technology transfer or investigations.

• Follow all applicable lab safety policies.

• Support preparation of Annual Product Review (APR) and Continued Process Verification (CPV) summary reports, perform work-stages to support customer BLA filing.

• Maintain process databases and monitor batch to batch consistency of operations.

• Support inspections and audits by customer and regulatory authorities.

· Engage in the duties of an Administrator comprising of the following works:

a. Maintain the Company’s Corporate Golf membership & monthly subscriptions

b. Administer the maintenance of the companys telephone PABX system , request for installation of office extensions, telephone sets and troubleshooting of faulty lines

c. Control & record the inventories of copier paper and replacement of toner, coordinate the purchase and distribution of these supplies. Monitor the maintenance schedules and meter-readings of the photocopiers for monthly billings by the service vendors

d. Provide support services to all departments on the functionalities of the photocopier cum fax and other office equipments

e. Monitor the regular maintenance and servicing of company leasing vehicles, namely the car, vans truck and update weekly transactions as well as to top-up value of the cash cards acquired in the vehicles

f. Keep records of ordering and distribution of all stock items including groceries for the office pantries.

· Provide administrative support such as :

a. Preparing of monthly department’s staff roster

b. Maintain records of departments staff annual and medical leave

c. Update and submit to HR the staff attendance

d. Monitor and co-ordinate the company’s driver schedule

e. Booking of meeting rooms and ser up the TV system for virtual meetings

f. Perform reception duties to attend to walk in enquiries , deliveries and providing support to office duties and postal services at Singpost outlet to mail letters, registered articles and parcels

Position Overview:

We are searching for a Senior Client Communications Associate who will be responsible for crafting well-written and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs, client questionnaires, and other written deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, performance and analytics experience, and the ability to juggle and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining extraordinary attention to detail and quality during periods of high volume. This role will work with members of Client Service, Business Development, Client Reporting, Compliance, Consultant Relations, and the Investment/Research team. What You’ll Do:

• Write tailored, persuasive, high-quality responses to RFPs to support business development efforts across the globe

• Complete client and consultant questionnaires/templates

• Update consultant databases

• Assist with research for monthly and quarterly market commentary

• Assist with information/data projects

• Develop and hone a strong knowledge base of the firm's products, asset classes, investment approach, and other aspects of the corporate platform to effectively understand and respond to prospect and consultant requests

• Maintain and drive development of the RFP database (Qvidian)

• Retrieve and analyze data to complete quantitative components of RFPs/RFIs and ensure data provided is accurate and applicable.
