Job Description:-

Customer Service Executive

1. Supporting and ensuring timely and accuracy of submission of tender bids/quotations which including internal coordination with internal teams and finance files.
2. Ensuring proper tracking of POs/LOAs received and timely submission of project documents/reports and checklist for billing initiation.
3. As first point of contact for customers and handling of customer queries/issues (e.g new subscription/ billing disputes / clarifications)
4. Working closely with billing counterparts on billing disputes/waiver.
5. Ensuring proper tracking of documents for correspondences for Audits clarifications and supporting annual audit
6. Ensuring all compliments and complaints are handled in accordance to the project requirement.
7. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness when managing of official communication and broadcast messages.
8. Taking meeting minutes and following up with internal team for timely submission
9. Conducting Annual Customer Satisfaction and work to achieve the satisfaction rating.
10. Looking into redesign tedious or manual process via automation.
11. Ad-hoc Task related to the project.

Good to have:

• Candidate to possess at a least a Degree or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience (e.g. customer fronting, account management, IT savvy with some exposure with automation)
• Customer centric and good team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management

• Identify and develop potential business areas and maintain professional relationship with existing and potential customers. This shall include provision of technical advice on customers' insurance need.
• Review, accept and underwrite business within Risk Acceptance Authority and guidelines including claim matters, recommendations on wordings and liaison with MSIJ, RHC, overseas BUs and reinsurers.

Others

• To participate at company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand Company's operations/ business.
• Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of Credit Controller.
• To review and improve the Department's operation/ business.
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

• Tertiary education
• Relevant qualifications n general insurance (minimum CGI & HI)

• Handle specialist clinics by building, planning and rolling out appropriate marketing angles.
• Responsible for content management and handling various social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) of all clinic accounts (content, landing pages, SEO-centric articles, POS materials, etc.)
• Handling group accounts and liaising with multiple marketing agencies, vendors & business partners
• Allocate budgets and timelines for each campaign. Analyze the effect of each campaign and update content periodically for social media pages and websites
• Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company brand awareness and support business growth.
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Experience with project management or account management would be advantageous
• Ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware Respond promptly to incident,
• investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
• Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project • Any ad-hoc duties assigned / required.

3. Marketing Apps Maintenance

Support marketing team to maintain and update mobile apps

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user interfaces and overall user experience.
