The Role Responsibilities
The Business Development (BD) unit, which sits within the Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Banking (CCIB) division, is looking to hire a CRM Product Owner to join an established program that has been set up to deliver the long-term Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales, Marketing and Servicing solution. The program looks to unlock new revenue opportunities and to support our top-line growth ambition.
The CRM Product Owner will focus on defining the target state and roadmap for entitlements (user access privileges) primarily across CRM users, but also more broadly for other core CCIB applications looking to consume CRM entitlements.
Key responsibilities:
· Define scope of work and prioritize 2 product backlogs to deliver EaaS capability & ongoing role changes in the CRM platform.
· Define and drive vision and roadmap for entitlements as a service (EaaS) across CRM and other core CCIB platforms
· Work closely with product owners, process owners and technology counterparts to consolidate and deliver ongoing requirements for any role additions or amendments across the CRM platform
· Lead a team of 2 offshore business analysts to deliver 2 product backlogs
· Has knowledge of CRM products (Desired Dynamics 365) to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices
· Keep abreast of latest internal compliance requirements to ensure all data and functional access adheres to local regulations.
· Present and lead sessions and requirement workshops, based on Agile Delivery Methods

· Participate in the product owners’ (PO) communities of practise for the program and work alongside other POs to refine the role of a PO in the team, share best practises and work together to address common issues.
· Support Business Analysts (BAs) in the team with their growth and development in their role as a BA.
Our Ideal Candidate
· 10+ years experience in banking industry.
· 3+ years experience in CRM capability.
· Experience in CRM platform preferably Microsoft product dynamics 365.
· Experience in agile framework , Jira or ADO.
