Responsibilities

• Attend to inbound call/email enquiries and provision of advise to members of public.
• Deliver positive service experience, address queries effectively and accurately.
• Prompt escalation of requests for resolution where appropriate.
• Compile, record, input information accurately into relevant systems.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience with customer service / call centre will be preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
