• Verify accuracy of financial and transactional data daily and perform monthly reconciliation of statement of accounts with bank statement.
• Ensure timely billing to clients, verify receipts and payment details with transaction documents.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseas legal entities finance control and regulation, manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and finance filings;
• Conduct regular evaluations and ensure all legal entities in the region are effectively managed from local statutory compliance perspective, work closely with the local team to identify and mitigate risks
• Continually strengthen the framework of legal entity management; Lead and support project where you get an opportunity to define the problem, come up with hypothesis, engage stakeholders to shape the solution and ultimately implement the change

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for contacting partners, understanding the market supply and demand situation and searching for LNG international trading opportunities, and carrying out LNG trading task such as concluding deals.
• Ensure smooth LNG delivery operation including nominating and changing LNG cargo delivery window, disposing LNG spec test report and issue invoice.
