• Possess knowledge on SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS and all the statistical analysis tools to help optimizing equipment robustness.
• Familiar and follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, ECN ISO9001/QS9000/TQM documentation for closure of issues / setup system.

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or similar discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience equipment maintenance or troubleshooting of high precision equipment such as Die PNP machine
• Experience in Wafer-level Fanout /WLCSP packaging preferred
• Relevant equipment engineering experience within a semiconductor/LCD manufacutring environment preferred

• Work with out-sourcing vendors to prepare and support end-to-end payroll processing, perform verification to ensure prompt and accurate payroll & benefits processing.

• Own the annual budget process plan and quarterly latest estimates reporting
• Support and partner with HRBP on any employee service requests or operational issues
• Address and resolve employees queries
• Build relationship with HR teams, vendors, finance, and business leaders, employees
• Support any government queries or requests

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation & benefits | payroll
• Worked in a HR Shared Services would be a plus
