Your new role
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Generating strong candidate database through multiple attraction methods
- Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients
- Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
- Provide creative solutions to clients with regards to candidate attraction
- Negotiate effectively with clients after consultation with management
What you'll need to succeed
We welcome professionals from various industries. Key qualities required:
- Experience in 360 recruitiment in the tecnical/industrial area
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with customers
- Ability to identify and develop effective relationships with customers
- Demonstrated success in business development and key account management
- Exceptional motivation with strong ambition and sales-drive
- Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Excellent communication skills – assertive, credible and confident
