Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Heads of Department in resource planning and budgeting, as well as talent acquisition

• Support in developing HR solutions to improve employees’ performance and engagement

• Work closely with People Operations team and HR Shared Services teams to deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner

• Participate and support in HR-related and other ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Good knowledge of HR principles, including employment law and compliance requirements

• Resourceful, independent and possessing strong initiative

• Meticulous and with the abilityto exercise a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential information

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

You will be a part of PwC’s Risk Services – Sustainability & Climate Change Assurance team, and you will experience a dynamic and fast-paced working environment where we provide a holistic set of services to clients for accelerating their sustainability agenda.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of subject matter experts with extensive industry experience, providing guidance on a wide variety of issues and working with clients from the corporate, private equity and public sector. With the recent growing number of sustainability related regulations and requests from both business and government, we can help future-proof businesses by making them more resilient, agile and sustainable. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Assurance on Sustainability Reports

· Assurance on Carbon Tax for Large Singapore Emitters (SSAE 3000/3410 – Reasonable Assurance)

· Verification of Green/Sustainable financing instruments

· Sustainability Reporting based on GRI, SASB, Integrated Reporting

· Other sustainability related assurance projects

· Sustainability Advisory projects which could include but not limited to:

(i) Studies on climate change risks (transitional and physical risks)

(ii) Developing decarbonisation/net zero pathways

(iii) Developing sustainable finance/investing frameworks

(iv) Impact assessments

(v) ESG due diligence

(vi) Sustainable Development Goals strategy

(vii) Government policy development work e.g. food waste reduction, plastic reduction

About you:

· At least 2 to 3 years of external or internal audit work experience preferably in a Big 4 environment.

· Keen interest in sustainability

· Knowledge of financial services sector from a sustainability perspective is a plus

· Goal orientated, committed and agile

· Good presentation and communication skills

· Strong research, problem-solving and analytical skills

· Excellent client management and project management skills

• Provide insurance broking advice and insurance placement for clients.
• Prepare various relevant documentation required for insurance placement.
• Handle renewal business and checking of policies.
• Collate documents and information relating to claims as received from various parties.

Requirements:

• Certificate in General Insurance
• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
