Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping the design language of NOVI Health and involves leading the creation of a cohesive design system while mentoring our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design and data-driven design, with a passion for crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms, from our mobile app to our healthcare provider dashboards. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to design intuitive, impactful, and visually engaging products that help our users live healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Design Leadership: Lead the design of user-centric products across multiple touchpoints, including mobile apps, web platforms, and healthcare provider tools
• Design System Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement a comprehensive design system for our mobile app and website that aligns with NOVI Health's brand and user experience goal
• UI Design: Lead the design of user interfaces across our digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users, and translate complex medical and health data into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
• Data-Driven Design: Utilize data and user insights to inform and refine design decisions, enhancing the functionality and user engagement of our products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• 0 to 1 Design: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop information architecture, customer journey maps, and wireframe flows from MVP to launch
• Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and data-driven design methodologies
• Leadership: Proven experience mentoring and leading design teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
• Passion: A deep passion for health and wellness and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven company

Experience working in health tech, medtech, or wellness industries is preferred.

Roles and Responsibility
• Consulting and partnering with our clients to help them develop high performance industry, functional and/or digital solutions to advance their industry position.
• Act as the single point of contact for both internal and external parties to ensure smooth and consistent communication flow of business/functional requirements.

Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• With 5 years of Business Analysis experience in banking industry.
• Strong knowledge in Core Banking/Banking process
• Experience in business process improvements, operating model, business analysis.
• Good to have: Digital banking transformation experience.
• Keen knowledge or experience in Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies (ITIL, Scrum, etc would be an advantage)
• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
• Deadline sensitive and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong application project management skill and design knowledge

Our client has more than 20 restaurants in Singapore that provide various dining concepts that refined tastes of both local and international food enthusiasts.

• Supervise the FP&A team to ensure that data is regularly updated and maintained accurately and promptly.
• Direct the FP&A team in completing and analysing the company’s financials, including P&L analysis, cost variance analysis, and budget vs. actual performance assessments.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling, including cash flow forecasting, project evaluations, cost-benefit analysis, and investment appraisals.
• Find opportunities for process improvements in the FP&A function.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of FP&A experience in F&B/Audit industry.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
