A Guest Relations Executive with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, by ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay at the hotel, and making sure of the highest level of service and attention in the lobby.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will serve on the Front Office team which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A Guest Relations Executive truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Be the brand ambassador of the hotel, providing a positive “first impression” while guests walk-in to the hotel.
• Deliver the highest quality and brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed Guest expectations.
• Anticipate guests needs, handle enquiries and complaints, promptly and efficiently.
• Create a positive work environment by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable HILTON and Conrad Singapore Orchard guidelines.

• Making sure SALT Score is always above target with Overall Experience meets MTD/YTD Target.
• To be able to empower one’s self to make bold and quick decisions that is aligned with meeting guests expectations across departments.
• Welcoming and greeting guests in the Lobby, ensuring Guests feels welcome and delivering the WOW service to every guests handled.
• Delight guests through friendly and proficient service, ensuring repeat business through personalized, efficient service
• Involving in the Conrad Experience for guests celebrating moments with us.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in person, on the phone, and via mail.
• Going through Daily VIP Reports and ensuring VIPs are greeted and send off well. All information are to be shared with relevant department.
• Ensuring the lobby is kept clean all the time, guests are properly handled in queue and a smooth check in and check out process.
• To be aware of daily Events and its VIP Guests arrival.
• Serve your role and Team in an environmentally conscious manner
• Develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all the other departments in the hotel, while maintaining good communication with other hotel departments to assist with guests' needs.
• Have complete knowledge of Hilton hotel SOPs and local policies.
• Leverage on Artificial Intelligence (AI) / technology such as Kipsu, SALT and Synergy to proactively meet customers’ needs while shape culture and processes for innovation and continuous improvement
• Knowledgeable on all facts on hotel products, including room types, room rates, relative features and facilities, Food & Beverage outlets and the Executive Lounge.

The Senior / Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable’s core responsibilities are audit, processing and timely payment of all hotel payments.

What will I be doing?

As the Senior / Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Responsible for leading and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Accounts Payable function.
• Account for and audit all purchase orders, receive records and suppliers’ invoices (purchase invoices matching procedure).
• Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payment.
• Follow up on any discrepancies noted between supplier invoices and relevant supporting documents.
• Ensure proper filing of Hotel supplier contracts and updating of supplier contracts listing.
• Review and ensure accurate updating of cost distributions and account codes for all suppliers’ invoices and credit memos before finalising of monthly profit and loss accounts.
• Ensure that proper supporting documents are obtained before assisting with the creation of Vendor accounts in accounting system.
• Balance suppliers’ monthly statements to the hotel’s accounting records and follow up promptly on any discrepancies noted.
• Answer suppliers’ and other parties’ queries relating to payments and suppliers.
• Assist with month-end closing journals relating to Accounts Payable and Accruals.
• Review month-end Accounts Payable ageing report and provide explanation for unpaid invoices aged over 60 days.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by Cluster Accountant.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Finance Manager, FSS-AR & AP, you will manage a team of Senior Accounts Officers to provide support on all AR and AP matters for the assigned portfolio. You will also have an opportunity to participate in projects relating to process automation or process improvements.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

• Support the AR function and activities including invoicing receipting and refunds ensuring alignment with the Group’s internal policies and procedures
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure all receipts are accounted for and properly posted
• Perform month-end close in accordance with Singapore International Financial Reporting Standards (International) (“SFRS(I)”), including reconciliation and audit schedules
• Review monthly journals, reconciliation reports and intercompany balances
• Perform review of quarterly GST reporting, submission and respond to related clarifications
• Collate, review and respond to internal/ external audit queries

Accounts Payable
Handle end-to-end transactional processes pertaining to Accounts Payable:

• Monthly AP financial closing and management reporting, including performing variance analysis, review of vendor invoices and intercompany settlement, journal vouchers, schedules, batch payments, staff claims and bank recon to ensure adherence to the Group’s policies and guidelines
• Review monthly supplier reconciliations performed by the AP team and investigate discrepancies
• Partner with Procurement Office and Business Units to ensure vendor invoices are matched to goods receipt/services performed and payments are made within credit terms
• Perform review of quarterly GST reporting, submission and GST related clarifications
• Collate, review and respond to internal/ external audit queries

Qualifications & Work Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Strong working knowledge of SFRS(I)
• Prior experience in working with the SAP ERP system would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

Through individual and group therapy sessions, TS addresses the various needs of clients ranging from pediatric to geriatric

• Our Senior /Occupational Therapist (OT) is directly involved in the provision of therapy services related to developing and maintaining one's capacity throughout life, to perform tasks and roles essential to productive living including self-care, daily living, leisure and work for children and/or adults.
• Our Senior/Speech Language Therapist is directly involved in the provision of therapy services related to speech, language, swallowing/feeding, fluency and voice for the pediatric and/or adult populations.
