eazy is looking for an ambitious, engaging relationship builder to join our team. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and forging strong relationships with clients. You will report directly to Team Lead of Motor.
A day in the life:
· Liaise with partners and clients on policy documentation
· Perform policy endorsements/checking and submit for processing
· Liaise with Insurer on policy issuance
· Photocopying, filing and sorting of insurance-related documents
· Attend to customers' and partners' insurance-related queries
· May be involved in projects to improve the operation process through digitalisation
· To assist and provide administrative duties related to general insurance
What you need:
· At least 2-3 years of administrative or related experience is preferred
· Insurance, financial advisory background is a plus
· Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
· Responsible and takes ownership
· Good analytical, communication and time management skills
· A hunger to learn and grow with the firm (there will be exposure to client-facing tasks)
