• Provide support to other MES system users as required to ensure business continuity.
• Participate in MES projects from initiation to ensure MES system or hardware requirements are taken into consideration.
• Ensure maintenance/replacement of MES hardware, printers, scales, scanners and bar-code labelers. Review for upgrades periodically.
• Keep other MES Team Members up to date on MES changes Documentation of all activities in line with cGMP requirements.
• Cross training within the team and training of new team members.
• Participation in continuous improvement programs to implement improvements in the quality, safety, environmental and production systems.
• Adheres to and supports all health and safety standards, procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Werum PAS-X/Aspen/Syncade, Siemens MES (Camstar / Opcenter / Simatic IT) product hands-on experience for full application configurations including interface with SAP and automation systems
• In-depth of knowledge of Pharmaceutical business process (Chemicals (W&D, Solid bulk Mfg., packaging and other unit operations), Bio Pharma processes)
• Creation of business process flow diagram
• Master Batch Record creation in Werum PAS-X
• Knowledge on Industry Standards S88 and ISA S95
• Experience working on projects in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries knowledge of GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector Excellent communication skills and collaborative with team members and external groups

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly financial reports, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support company planning and decision-making.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Administrative & Property Support:

• Contractor Liaison: Source and liaise with contractors and suppliers for property repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and quality service.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to contractors and suppliers after work completion, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining office equipment.
• Document Control: Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for contracts, invoices, and other important documents.
• HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with payroll.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Familiarity with basic HR functions is a plus.

• Assist the creative production team in daily operations and client project management
• Communicate with clients/partners to ensure smooth project execution with creative team
• Create, update and maintain daily internal and client project schedules
• Work with creative team to manage workflow, analytics, project tracking, timelines, and budgeting
• Liaise with key client/partner and procurement team to execute purchase orders
• Relationship management with key client/partner and multiple agencies/vendors
• Manage the full creative process from start to finish; specifically, project timing and expectations for all deliverables and conduct quality assurance
• Ensure all deliverables (internal, client and partners) are accurate, on time and routed through the appropriate departments for approvals

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience including 1 - 3 years of experience in a producer, project management or account services role
• Must have general knowledge of the creative media process with still image and video as primary, multimedia as secondary
• Must have experience working with cross-functional teams
• Must have ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
• Must have experience managing various internal and external stakeholders at once
• Proficient in basic Microsoft office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc)
• Video game or brand marketing industry experience is a plus
