Responsibilities:

1. Retail Operations:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering advice.
• Ensure all floral displays and arrangements meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Drive sales performance and monitor sales metrics
• Assist in Floral Classes and coordinating events and roadshow etc.

2. Retail Management :

• Monitor and manage floral inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Motivate team to meet and exceed performance standards to promote a positive work culture
• Assist in scheduling members' duties.
• Assisting in developing the team and provide coaching to other team members

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of retail experience
• Passion in floristry and creative.
• Excellent in client servicing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the operations needs such as stand-in on weekends and holidays.
