Core Role:
You will be assisting Retail Manager in
- Overseeing retail shops' sales performance,
- Ensuring excellent customer service and
- Team members perform daily tasks in a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Retail Operations:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering advice.
- Ensure all floral displays and arrangements meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Drive sales performance and monitor sales metrics
- Assist in Floral Classes and coordinating events and roadshow etc.
2. Retail Management :
- Monitor and manage floral inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Motivate team to meet and exceed performance standards to promote a positive work culture
- Assist in scheduling members' duties.
- Assisting in developing the team and provide coaching to other team members
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of retail experience
- Passion in floristry and creative.
- Excellent in client servicing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the operations needs such as stand-in on weekends and holidays.
