Responsibilities

• Provide programme administration support.
• Ensure enrolment records and information on courses offered are updated in the systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date alumni mailing list for graduates.
• Work with the communications team to engage alumni through various platforms, promote alumni activities.
• Organise and manage admission, outreach, and networking activities relating to the undergraduate, and graduate programmes.
• Assist in reviewing and streamlining processes for optimal efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
• With 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply for entry level positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess the ability to work effectively with people.
• Positive work attitude, meticulous and a willingness to learn.
