Key Responsibilities and Duties

(A) Be Part of PBS Team:

• Check bill accuracies.

• Liaise with departments for amendment to the bills and perform adjustment via Hospital Billing System.

• Support Clinics' needs for various modes of payments, e.g. NETS/Credit Card terminals, etc.

• Provide administrative support.

• Handle email and telephone enquiries relating to billing/payments, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, including FDA, CE, EMA, ISO, and other international regulations.
