Responsibilities:
· To have basic understanding and operating water treatment system, covering the whole production, assembly and operating process from start to end.
· Responsible for the day-to-day operations, the general housekeeping and the proper maintenance of the company equipment, system and tooling.
· To provide support to Project, Production and Installation Teams when required such as the physical installation and assembling (include piping works), operating, upgrading and testing of systems.
· Must possess basic mechanical aptitude to be able to troubleshoot any issue that does not require an extensive technical background.
· Good experience & skill in fully automated machine assembly, both electrical & mechanical.
· To provide support and solutions to all M&E, handle repairs and maintenance matters.
· Assist in resolving production issues due to technical or other constrain.
· Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
· Installation & commissioning of machines.
· Communicate with Engineer on any major process issues as and when required.
· Any Other Ad-hoc duties per requested.
Requirements:
· Min. ITE or diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
· Team player who is self-driven.
· Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
· Good experience & skill in fully automated machine assembly, both electrical & mechanical.
· Experience in waste and water industry would be an advantage.
· Good knowledge in piping work with PVC and metal pipe would be an advantage.
· Able to work in a Fast-Paced Environment and resilient to stress.
· Able to work shift and overtime when required.
