We are looking for an entry level Account Management Executive to join an emerging AdTech start-up. Founded in UK, they are expanding rapidly in Asia and has already secured a number of key partnership.

They are open to fresh graduate who is interested in a career in client relationship management. As some of their clients are base in China, this role would require someone who is fluent in Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements, and prepare customized solutions.• Assist with day-to-day client tasks, including addressing and resolving needs and complaints, documenting client progress, as well as
• handling translation requirements.
• Sustain solid relationships with clients, working closely to ensure client satisfaction, account growth, and retention.
• Compile reports on client progress, goals, and forecasts to report internally, supporting your line manager to constantly improve clients’ performance and identify potential new business opportunities.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and produce Event and Exhibition designs, retail environment designs will be a plus – from conceptualization to the production stage.
• Able to communicate confidently and articulate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders, through presentations and drawings.
• Meeting project deadlines and creative briefs.

Job specifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Design Software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Minimum Diploma in Events & Exhibition Design, Interior Design or related fields
• Possessing strong technical knowledge in production and good knowledge of material applications.
• Has an understanding of multimedia technology and keen interest in the latest innovations and trends.
• Has the Creative flair with an eye for details and understanding of space planning.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision.
• Able to lead the Creative Team in fulfilling design job requirements timely with creative ideas and innovations.
• Clear in communicating design ideas with accurate specifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery and promotion of the Customer Service bot data analysis
• Design an effective analysis and reporting system to enable internal teams quickly break-down key metrics, diagnose weak areas and suggest actionable items
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including PM, data engineering, and Customer Service operations team to achieve product objectives
• Review Customer Service bot KPI and user cases regularly and find valuable insights to guide product and operation improvements

Requirements

• 5+ year experience; Bachelor’s degree and above in a quantitative or engineering field with professional work experience in a relevant field
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with common analysis tools such as SQL, R, and Python
• Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.)
• Familiar and comfortable with large volumes of data and big data technology (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, hive)
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ability to set work priorities
• Good business sense and logical thinking. Ability to synthesize information and generalize the pattern
• Experience with customer service data analysis and AI bot analysis will be beneficial

Your Impact

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
• Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc

To apply revenue management principles for revenue optimization for the hotel

Able to track and monitor all revenue sources and analyse in detail the key performance indicators in order to be able to make recommendations on rates and revenue opportunities.

To be able to provide the hotel with short term and long term strategic day markers based on events and any climate changes.

Able to prepare budgets & forecast accurately.

Good understanding of market benchmarking and rate parity indicators.

You will be part of a well-established international team in Information Security focused on Cloud Security Architecture, Security Tooling Engineering and Automation.  

Your role will contribute to the success of the team and the Company. 

Your key tasks

• Support Cloud & Infrastructure Organization by reviewing and analysing Network, Systems, and Application architectures to enforce and validate Security requirements.
• Leads Threat Model exercises for new services/major changes.
• Actively Collaborate with your team members to support them on daily operations, including: 
  • Review of IT infrastructure solution designs to ensure compliance with policies and standards. 
  • Operational implementation, Automation, and ownership of Security Tools 
  • Assist in deploying automation of operational processes and procedures, identify weaknesses, propose, plan, and deploy improvements to address and enhance the infrastructure design. 
• Support and maintain the APAC’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) to assure continuous compliance with regulations, laws, and contractual obligations by adopting and deploying industry and market standards and accepted best practices.
• Be on routine standby to support the team.

You will be part of a multi-faceted team which supports the campaigns and marketing of Families for Life’s initiatives.

Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Liaise with agencies for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and communication plans to publicise and create awareness of Families for Life brand and initiatives.
• Content creation and management of website and social media content to drive digital marketing efforts of Families for Life initiatives.
• Collation of monthly report and data analysis of Families for Life initiatives digital insights.
• Supporting collaboration with stakeholders and event logistics for family events, programmes, outreach and on-ground initiatives.
• Management of FamilyTrees campaign, collaterals inventory, coordination of mascot appearances, and support for other administrative matters.
• All other ad-hoc duties.
