• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and representing the executives professionally.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address issues or concerns.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
• Coordinate and provide administrative tasks for the executive team and regional team.

Requirements:

• Proven track records as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

The candidate should preferably an experienced online marketing executive to contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimization of online marketing duties. The online marketing executive's responsibilities include promoting products or services through digital platforms, creating marketing strategies, and monitoring the online presence of the company. This person will report directly to the Director.

• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
• Design marketing videos and photos
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Conducting promotional activities
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Maintaining websites and looking at date analytics
• Monitoring sales and marketing performance
• Managing campaigns on social media platforms
• Attend/Serve walk in customers and etc
• To carry out all other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Marketing or communications related degree.
• Proven working experience as an online marketing executive.
• Broad experience with SEO and PPC.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools.
• Content and creative writing skills.
