Job Description:

• Assist in the timely production of management & financial accounts.
• Daily monitoring the financial aspect of company’s investments & projects.
• Liaising with accountants in any issue relating to HR, Secretarial, Tax and Accounting compliances matters.
• Handling of petty cash and banking matters.
• Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and customers, review receivable & payables thru AR & AP Listing, questions when the need arises, and monitor if we are on the right track to meet group profit projection.
• Attending to ad-hoc queries via emails & phone.
• Follow-up on any outstanding issues.
• Attending audit & tax queries, if any.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all records in the Accounts Department.
• Any other administration and clerical duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the company.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience gained
• Proven ability for critical / logical thinking and problem solving

Responsibilities

• To manage and operate Network, server and storage. Familiar with Microsoft Server OS, Linux OS, Backup system, VMware and Hyper-V.
• Required to provide Systems Management and administration including Systems hardening, patching, and other Systems related support services.
• Provides installation and technical support to end user
• Configures, installs and maintains current application systems
• Responding in a timely manner to support issues and requests
• Maintain IT assets, license and documentations
• Support tracking log

Competency Requirements
