• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably candidate with experience in high-rise building projects

• Good knowledge of Singapore contract laws

• Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage

• SIA/ PSSCOC condition of contracts knowledge

• Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Able to work both independently and lead a team

• 5 days work / week

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely month-end closing and handle the full set of account.
• Record accounts receivable transactions and accounts payable transactions into the accounting system accurately on a timely basis.
• Ensure the revenues are recognized.
• Maintain and update the payment master listings and ensure the payments are recorded daily.
• Preparation of monthly accounting schedules and reconciliations.
• Manage and monitor account receivables and account payables closely.
• Preparation of audit schedules and compiling the supporting documents as requested by auditors.
• Attend to ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, or any related discipline
• Candidates with 3 years of working experience in audit and/or accounting.
• Experience in using MYOB will be an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Scope:

• Rigorous processing of financial assistance applications online including check supporting documents, calculate household Per Capita Income, contact applicants for follow ups, if necessary
• Support FA team with other administrative tasks including collation of form responses, contact students for donors interviews, mail merge for letters

Contract Commitment Period:

3 Apr (Wed) – 2 Jul (Tue) 2024 - 12 pax

17 Apr (Wed) – 16 Jul (Tue) 2024 - 4 pax
