• Develop training content and conduct event crew training sessions
• Carry out on-site inspections and oversee event setups

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience. Experience in event project management within an agency environment is a plus.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Work closely with his/ her team on day-to-day operational issues and ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all time

· Report any faulty equipment

· Work with the culinary team on cyclical menu execution

· Ensuring all kitchen forms are updated during food production

· Observe workplace safety and food safety during food production

· Able to work with Executive Chef's instruction

· Possesses adequate knife skill and interpersonal skill
