• Utilize an integrated mix of online and offline channels that include digital, email, social media, events, content marketing, affiliate/referral and localized outreach campaigns to drive outcomes in a cost effective manner.
• Develop effective communication strategies to build brand awareness and engagement for the brands under the Company.
• Create content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other channels to drive brand recall, awareness, loyalty and engagement outcomes.
• Develop content in written formats as well as other formats such as videos, targeted at the desired audience segment to improve SEO and improve brand-related metrics and overall engagement.
• Plan, implement and manage brand engagement initiatives and events (including but not limited to CSR) in partnership with Operations and HR teams to promote increased customer and staff engagement, loyalty and retention.

Experience & Skills Requirements

• Degree holder or higher qualification preferred.
• Experience in events planning and implementation and related public communications
• Knowledge of video storyboarding, pre-production, production and post-production workflows.
• Able to use DSLR/mirrorless cameras for photography, able to use gimbal and basic videography equipment for video production.
• Experience creating engaging content across social media channels, including but not limited to videos, articles, content posts, etc.
• Knowledge of digital performance marketing, with ability to drive awareness and engagement outcomes.
• Excellent command of English, prior editing / copywriting.
• Competency in IT systems, basic knowledge of design software, e.g Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or After Effects would be an advantage.
