The Senior Events Executive (SEE) is a self-motivated, highly organized, field based production expert with the drive and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a quick turnaround time.

Passionate and excited about events and project coordination, you are detail oriented and respond proactively to complex situations, changes and process improvement.

What you will be doing:

• Develop a strong working relationship with clients, venues and suppliers;
• Follow-up with concepts and proposals approved by clients and puts them into reality;
• Source for materials and negotiate for best prices from suppliers;
• Key liaison between clients, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors, ensuring that client and event requirements are met;
• Coordinate and manage set-up and production of event on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event;
• Plan and propose workflows for every event;
• Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors on location;
• Works closely with team to collectively produce a successful event;
• Handle multiple projects from entry-level to complex events;
• Manage the brainstorming & execution process for the concept & theme of all events; and
• Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment materials and any other items.

About you:

• This exciting role requires attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills;
• You have the ability to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests;
• You are eager for growth and in the process of honing your skills from executive to management;
• Relevant Events experience in any industry;
• Regional experience in South East Asia will be an advantage;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• Ability to work across all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills, working well independently and in teams;
• Proficient in G-Suite applications;
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately;
• Understand task split and be proactive in communicating challenges;
• Able to think creatively and problem-solve in high-pressured situations in a dynamic & multicultural startup environment; and
• Positive attitude towards changes and process improvement.
