We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product development group, you will play a crucial role in designing innovative products from concept to production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality, functionality, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new products, from initial concept through to production release.
• Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate product designs for performance, safety, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to address design-related issues and optimize production processes
• Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics.
• Develop test prototypes.
• Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products.
• Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
• Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
• Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs.
• Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.
• Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative department.
• Obtain Ingress Protection certification

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in Dones technology
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and other relevant engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Knowledge and experience in designing, fabricating and sending the products for IP rating certification.

Senior Cook Job description

The Senior cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred.

• Assist the Manager to maintain the operational readiness, safe and efficient operation of the building M&E services in a Multi-Tier MCST commercial building;
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses for all operating systems;
• Carry out routine check on all common M&E services to ensure operations timing are based on approved schedule, and their operations conditions are within acceptable level;
• Coordinate, supervise and certify maintenance activities to ensure contractors/ vendors complete all repair and maintenance work within the required timelines and standards;

• Manage PTW;
• Conduct system audit and site inspections;

• Ensure timely verification & payment of term contract and ad hoc Invoices including verifying work done;
• Follow up on defect rectification works.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office software
• Familiarity with commercial operation management software
• Effective written and oral communication

Job Description:

• Handle projects and modifications as directed by management.
• Track preventive maintenance and service contracts, and support car park operations.
• Assist with projects and modifications assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor.
• Manage projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors/vendors to minimize disruptions and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to maintain physical plants and equipment.
