This role focuses on developing strong relationships with interior designers and contractors and promoting our premium range of vinyl flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the interior design industry, and construction projects, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of design professionals and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with Interior Designers (IDs), contractors, and related businesses to promote our vinyl flooring products.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders such as architects, designers, builders, and project managers.
• Product Consultation: Provide expert advice on vinyl flooring options, design trends, installation techniques, and material selection to meet client needs.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities within the design and contractor segments.
• Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Organize and lead product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for ID and contractor teams.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical) to ensure timely product delivery and support for client projects.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively pursuing new opportunities and closing deals.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring a balance between customer satisfaction and company profitability.
