Responsibilities are mainly ensuring the right level of internal control and driving process improvement within LFCS and L Beauty.

Coordinate Internal Control self-assessment and action plan implementation

• Execute and coordinate yearly LVMH Internal Control self-assessment campaign. Review supporting documents submitted by process owners, challenge declarations/ratings, and perform substantive tests to validate the accuracy of the process owners’ self-assessments.
• Identify main control gaps, formulate pragmatic, practical solutions and recommendations.
• Work with the process owners to design action plans to address the gaps identified effectively. Actively support local teams during implementation phases.
• Follow-up on the action plans and provide a clear picture of the progress and status for clear reporting and/or presenting to Management

Drive processes continuous improvement initiatives and advocate internal control good practices

• Actively participate in drafting, developing, and implementing standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with LVMH policies and local laws (if applicable), strengthen internal controls, and promote standardization of processes.
• Conduct analysis and testing of potential risk areas and provided recommendations to ensure adequate controls were in place to mitigate risks.
• Draft internal control newsletters, assist or conduct trainings/webinars on internal control-related topics and processes, or to introduce new LVMH guidelines or revisions of SOPs.

Lead internal control projects and other initiatives

• Plan and coordinate internal control projects (e.g., Business Continuity Plan, Crisis Management, Anti Money Laundering procedures, etc.). Monitor progress and prepare status reports for Management.
• Actively contribute to process continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., automation of financial processes).

Partner with stakeholders to establish sound practices and effective controls

• Review and improve business process SOPs, ensuring consistency with LVMH Internal Control standards and guidelines, and identify and propose modifications or updates, if needed.
• Provide recommendations on effective and efficient procedures and controls for new business processes.
• Perform routine checks as the independent reviewer of business processes to ensure the continuous operating effectiveness of key controls.

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Content Manager to join our growing SEO Content team.

You’ll join a diverse team of 45+ SEO Content specialists who produce content in 25 languages across five global offices with one simple goal: to make international finance simpler. 

You’ll lead a team of Specialists who operate locales within your region. And you’ll create, iterate and deliver a long term plan for growth. 

Your Mission:

• Own the performance and growth strategy for generating new customers for Wise in Asia
• Lead, coach and mentor two specialists (and counting!) and challenge them to reach their growth objectives for their locales
• Work with the specialists in your team to ensure locales operate profitably
• Own the hiring pipeline and strategy for your region
• Own and deliver the planning cycle for your region
• Understand our prospective customers in Asia and our varied product offering across the continent
• Own stakeholder relationships with product and the wider business for Asia
• Set realistic targets for your region and inspire and motivate your team to achieve them 
• Own the performance forecast for your region
   

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop others: you’ll manage two high performing existing SEO Content specialists
• Work autonomously; identifying, validating and owning what growth for our Asian blogs could look like and how we can get there
• Travel to work with our teams in Tallinn, Budapest and London as well as meet key internal stakeholders when they visit from other offices

A bit about you:

• You have hands-on experience in creating or managing the production of organic content
• You’re fluent/native in either Japanese or Simplified Chinese
• You know how to measure performance of SEO initiatives
• You have experience managing others and understand how to support people with different abilities and needs and can flex your leadership style accordingly
• You have good experience of surfacing data-driven opportunities and insights to build a solid, prioritised action plan that brings growth
• You have experience working with and communicating the impact of SEO initiatives to different business stakeholders
• You’re a strategic long-term thinker 
• You’ve contributed to optimising bigger team-wide processes to make the content machine run more efficiently

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

• Experience in creating or managing content plans in multiple languages
• Experience working with international search engines like Baidu is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Provide advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and areas of AML/ CFT;
• Develop, maintain, review and implement policies, procedures, templates, manuals on AML/ CFT controls framework, enhance relevant policies and procedures as well as proper controls to ensure that the company’s business activities are in compliance with the latest regulatory requirements;
• Design and execute regular reports to Senior Management and/or Board of Directors, measuring success and performance of AML Compliance initiatives, program, operations, critical metrics, and KRIs.
• Assist with timely investigations and reviews for enhanced due diligence, transactions and sanctions related cases
• Assist/ Manage all regulatory, audits, independent reviews engagements relating to AML/CFT
• Assist/ Manage all financial crimes ad sanctions-related incidents, escalations and exceptions
• Identify and mitigate potential areas of AML compliance vulnerability and risks / gaps
• Analysis of accounts and client information according to prescribed internal control policies and procedures;
• Provide AML regulatory guidance and direction in respect to clients who /which pose high AML risks and ensure that the appropriate due diligence is conducted;
• Support in day-to-day handling of AML matters (including activities in relation to PEP, periodic reviews, AML advisory support to business functions on AML/CFT policies and procedures, etc);
• Understand technical aspects of systems and controls relevant to Customer Due Diligence, Client Risk Assessment, Name and Transaction Screening, Transaction Monitoring/ AML Surveillance, and support disposition, selection, calibration and tuning of rules and scenarios;
• Participate in the company’s ad-hoc compliance projects and provide compliance support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent, Professional qualifications such as ACAMS or relevant certification is an advantage;
• 5 years’ experience in undertaking AML / KYC reviews within a financial institution, Futures and Options is an add on advantage;
• Practical knowledge in AML, regulatory compliance and controls within the financial industry;
• Experience in MAS AML compliance regulations in capital markets activities (in particular, futures and options brokerage activities) is preferred.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task;
• Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong teamwork, organizational, complex problem resolution and initiative;
• Familiarity with Microsoft office tools and other software.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese due to frequent interactions with China HQ and Chinese speaking clients

• Achieve sales target and generate sales for the company under Freight Forwarding Division.
• Handle FCL & LCL Sea freight quotations to overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Give timely updates and market trends with all parties involved.
• Assist on providing solutions in all shipment matters.

• At least 5 years of sales experience in Singapore & Far East market in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Industry.

Responsibilities

· Manage M&A tax work in the private equity industry
