We are looking for a Senior/Manager, Sales – Leisure & Luxury (Singapore) to join our team!

As a Senior/Manager, Sales – Leisure & Luxury (Singapore) we rely on you to:

• Responsible for multi-property implementation of sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels.
• Responsible for implementing all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
• Develops strategies to secure and/or maintain preferred hotel status for global accounts and optimizes revenue contribution from these managed accounts for all Singapore hotels.
• Solicits and drives all negotiated–transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
• Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Leisure & Luxury sales team.
• Supports the development and maintenance of the client database and all other sales systems. Establishes and maintains up-to-date client profiles in all relevant systems.

Requirements

• Effectively bilingual in English and Simplified Chinese to liaise with associates/clients from China Market
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Hotel industry.
• Able to maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, colleagues and employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a sales team and build client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing abilities to secure new business opportunities.

We are looking for a Senior / Manager, Events to join our team!

As a Senior / Manager, Events we rely on you to:

• Work directly with the organizers on their event programs and requirements in order to provide professional advice to facilitate and assist on their planning.
• Conduct venue inspections with the organizers or external contractors for planning meeting or event setup.
• Provide menu recommendations or custom menu design to offer service flexibility as well as to drive upselling.
• Coordinate food tasting arrangement for the organizers on high profile or special events prior to the event days to meet customer expectations.
• Work independently with external vendors to coordinate on special event arrangement, such as venue theme decoration, entertainment arrangement, etc.
• Develop close rapport with organizers to strengthen guest loyalty for repeat business in future.
• Maintain an effective communication and cohesive working relationships with Sales & Marketing team, F&B and other operating departments of the hotel.
• Observe and follow events management service guidelines and standards according to Events Manual.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• The successful candidate will be required to wear company issued uniforms in adherence to the property's grooming and uniform guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions.
