RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Proposals Manager within the Financing & Securities Services (FSS) Global Content and Proposal Management Team, you will be primarily responsible for managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You will be an individual contributor, responsible for drafting, compiling and project managing RFPs, ensuring we deliver each RFP response to the highest standards and in line with best practices. You will work closely with Sales, Product and other key stakeholders to put together, edit and tailor content for each response.
You will also support the FSS Content Manager directly with other important tasks including reporting, content analysis, automation initiatives, as well as support for awards and surveys. The role will also require providing similar RFP project and content support for existing client Due Diligence Questionnaires as and when required.
You will be expected to build out a good understanding of the products and services we offer, with the content you work on giving you an excellent and well-rounded view of all operational aspects of our global business. You will also get excellent visibility into the strategy, roadmap, and future direction of the business.
The role requires attention to detail and the ability to project manage multiple parties across projects. Custody/securities services experience is beneficial but not essential. Prior experience working on proposals/sales enablement, with RFP software or written content is also beneficial but not essential.
You will:
· Partner with Sales, Client Servicing, Product and other subject matter expert teams to deliver high-quality responses to RFPs, across the Investor and Banks and Broker Dealers (BBD) segments for all FSS products.
· Manage relationships with key stakeholders globally across the business for the Proposals Management Team, with primary coverage for the ASA and GCNA region.
· Communicate with stakeholders across geographies and time zones – to ensure each deadline is met, while maintaining the highest quality output.
· Work closely with subject matter experts across corporate and business functions – both globally and in-country – to produce accurate responses for each client, clearly articulating FSS solutions in a consistent and client centric manner.
· Use the RFP software Loopio and our best practice framework to manage each RFP.
· Maintain and update proposal statistics and reporting and analysis.
· Support the Content Manager in developing the wider content function as required.

· Participate in periodic end-to-end process consultations assessing the effectiveness of the current Proposals process, identifying any oversight and controls that need to be added where identified.

Our Ideal Candidate
· 1+ years of experience in Project Management with strong Business technical writing skills
· Prior experience working on proposals/sales enablement, with RFP software or written content is also beneficial but not essential.
· Education - University graduate in business / banking / finance or related degree
· Fresh graduates (or above) with excellent skills in Business writing and communication are also welcome to apply
