WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Understand clients' business goals and translate them into media KPIs, and create cross-channel media plan based on the understanding. This includes the ability to take the clients through the media plan with good storytelling.
• Drive client communications for weekly catch up calls, and lead the team to provide insightful reports and optimization recommendations.

You will work with senior management, client service representatives, product, operations, integration, and marketing teams to ensure deliverability for the client community. You will be coordinating all Solutions activity within the account(s) and be the point person for all client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPC) with Tier 1 clients and orchestrate additional activities into the account, increasing Client satisfaction and Revenue generation. Build and drive near and long-term account plans.
