9. Identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements and place order with local and/or overseas suppliers (Ie : Fresh produce, wines & etc)
10. Any other ad-hoc Task as determined by the director

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least diploma level or its equivalent
2. At least 5 years’ experience in F&B Operational experience and at least 3 years managerial experience
3. Familiar with Greek Food and culture
4. Requires nights and weekend availability
5. Proven ability to multi-task and supervise, independent, ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced working environment.
6. Must be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
