As Manufacturing Plant Leader, you're to perform daily operations of plants ensuring reliability and consistency of production line, including Service Shops. Contributing to the development of business plan for the business unit as a whole. Developing strategic midterm plan for the manufacturing unit based on agreed strategic plan for entire unit.

As a CWI Manufacturing Plant Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Managing an overall production facility to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
