We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: To inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team so that Sleek can source, interview and easily/quickly close great talent in every department and in every market that we operate in.

Outcomes: 

1. Track and improve our time to close: Ensure all roles are filled within SLA timelines (14-21 days for non-leadership roles, 30-45 days for leadership/technical positions) 
2. Track and improve our pipeline building activities: Ensure key positions have the required pre-qualified candidates “in reserve” at all times. 
3. Communicate proactively: 
1. Conduct monthly check-ins with key hiring managers to
   (a) enable the Talent Acquisition team to stay ahead of staffing needs across the business and
   (b) gather feedback from business stakeholders on our hiring processes.
2. Share a weekly report with the Head of HR and/or Leadership
4. Continuous refinement of our hiring process:  Schedule a working session each month with selected Leadership team members to reflect on our hiring process and implement improvements.
5. Manage and nurture the team: 
1. Conduct weekly 1:1s with each TA, hearing their challenges and providing the appropriate level of guidance and autonomy to help them grow.  
2. Look after your team’s wellbeing, ensuring they have the tools and emotional support they need to succeed.  
3. Gather succinct 360 feedback each quarter on each TA (including yourself) from stakeholders to identify areas for enhanced communication and/or collaboration between the TA team and the business.
4. Manage underperformance promptly and with kindness

To do this, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience as Head of Talent Acquisition  and you will most likely be located in Singapore.

About the interview process

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Compliance that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission:
To support the Head of Compliance and Risk in championing a culture of tech-enabled compliance and risk awareness across our global operations, making use of technology to ensure robust adherence to regulatory standards while fostering continuous improvement in policies, training, and processes. This evolving role offers the opportunity to shape the compliance framework, contribute to the company’s growth, and develop into a future leader as the Head of Compliance and Risk.

Outcomes: 

1/ Review and Approval of High-Risk Client Assessments
Review 100% of escalated high-risk client cases within 2 hours, providing constructive feedback to the compliance officer on any oversight or areas for improvement. Present each case to the Head of Compliance for final approval within 4 hours.

2/ Timely Management of Screening Alerts
Ensure that no name screening alerts remain outstanding for more than 24 hours, and no transaction monitoring alerts remain unresolved beyond 48 hours.

3/ Quality Review and Reporting
Conduct quality reviews of Low/Medium/High-Risk (L/M/HR) cases, covering at least 20% of each risk category. Prepare a findings report with suggested remediations to improve overall quality and adherence.

4/ Investigation Timeliness and STR Filing
Complete and/or review  that at least 80% of investigations within 15 calendar days, ensuring that any required STRs are filed within 15 calendar days of closing the investigation.

5/ Enhancements to on-board and on-going monitoring Processes
Identify and recommend key improvements in conducting client risk assessment, transaction monitoring or screening processes, implemented with Product and IT teams. Supplement the roles and responsibilities of the Head of Compliance and Risk during his absence, ensuring seamless continuity in compliance operations, and effectively manage any tasks delegated by the Head of Compliance and Risk

6/ Regulatory Monitoring and Policy Updates
Monitor regulatory changes across all jurisdictions where Sleek operates, update the obligations register, and ensure compliance policies remain current and aligned with regulatory requirements.

7/ Training Development and Delivery
Be a key contributor to designing, developing, and running training programs for compliance officers and Sleek employees, ensuring a strong compliance culture organization-wide.

8/ Inspection and Licensing Support
Support the Head of Compliance during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and licensing applications or renewals across Sleek’s global footprint.

9/ Compliance & Risk Dashboard Management
Establish and maintain a compliance and risk heatmap dashboard to facilitate prioritization and decision-making for initiatives and resource allocation.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 6 years experience as a Senior Compliance Officer or Internal Auditor and you will be located in Singapore.

Primary Function of Position:

The Manager, Asia FSO (FP&A, Sales Operations) closely work with Asia FSO teams to support the business in the fastest growing market at Intuitive. FP&A function includes China manufacturing planning and analysis with the mission to drive operational efficiency. This position supports Sr. VP & President Asia Pacific and other regional commercial leaders for financial planning, forecasting, analyzing the business from entire Asia region standpoint with deep understanding of each market’s dynamics and is capable of providing valuable insights for their decision makings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, recruit, develop, inspire, and evolve the Asia Sales Operations and FP&A teams and processes to provide our business partners "World-class decision, budget, analytic, and finance support on initiatives with defined ROI that drive the Asia business".
• Proactively analyze complex business problems, data, or trends and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that support Asia Commercial planning, strategy, short and long-range financial models, and accelerated adoption and scale.
• Develop commercial reporting / cockpits that align to Intuitive's commercial fundamental building blocks (adherence to the TTP, incremental sustainable surgeons, high quality 90 and 180-day training productivity, increased sales contribution, clinical and capital selling milestones)
• Closely work with US HQ and own the process for budgeting, forecasting, long term planning in Asia region.
• Proactively evaluate data and market trends to anticipate opportunities for growth or risks to the business. Create plans, recommendations, and programs through people to capitalize on opportunities or counteract risks.
• Partner with Executive commercial leadership to develop board-level and customer-facing presentation materials.
• Closely work with China manufacturing FP&A team to optimize efficiency in manufacturing operations through data analysis and influence.
