Job Summary

The position sits within the Professional services, a team that is responsible to deploy and custom solution for the client within supply chain trading and risk management.
The Project delivery Manager, collaborate in the SOW, prepares prject plan, hands on understanding of requirements and understand the Xceler platform and help in executin the project end to end.

This role requires a high level of ownership and independence, critical and creative thinking and excellent organizing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Liaise independently with Sales and Clients to obtain and clarify project requirements
• Communicate regularly with Sales and Clients to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed.
• Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Xceler Project management plan, SOW and other contractual obligations.
• Provide quotes and assist with RFPs, SOW and any contractual documents
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle
• Facilitate training to remote teams and internal team members on screening/remediation practices and procedures

• Oversee the assigned retail store daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service standards and cost-effective management of resources
• To create, update and audit the retail store SOP and ensure that the SOP is observed consistently by the team
• Provide necessary guidance & consultation on incoming stocks and conduct regular stock check to ensure the consistency of all products

• Develop and carry out and efficient documentation and filling system
• Assist in business licensing activities and Corppass administration
• Assist in company insurance renewal

Finance Duties

• Manage billings and close monitoring & follow up on customer collections
• Ensure that receipts and payments are processed accurately
• Perform month end closing process including journal entries preparation, balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting for management
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with specified policies and procedures
• Update and maintain fixed assets register
• Prepare monthly reconciliation and quarterly GST submission
• Financial planning and cash flow management
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other consultants for audit/financial & banking matters

HR Duties

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline (ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are an advantage)
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience with experience in full set accounts
• Knowledge of accounting AutoCount will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
• Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
