Responsibilities

• Responsible in leading the operations of the Guest Services Department (Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Driveway, Communication Centre) in support of the Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum WSET Level 3 and above
• Experience in similar size/style of 5* hotel

• Service oriented with an eye for details

As a Partner Manager, you will be a part of our highly competent Sales Team and join a team at the Singapore office. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor for our customers and partners regarding Multi-Vendor program.

One of your main objectives will be to prospect, identify, and qualify leads for SWO’s cloud products and solutions.
