The Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Team is responsible for the testing of controls that are designed and owned by Citi’s Wealth Product and Operations departments.

The Citi Wealth business delivers a comprehensive wealth solution to clients across the wealth continuum, with integrated advice and execution, as well as traditional and alternative investments, managed account strategies, world-class research and investment guidance. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Supports the Controls Testing Utility by acting on assessing control design, designing control testing tools, developing control testing procedures, ensure control testing transitions, dispositioning exceptions, and developing insights.
• Carries key responsibility for Control Design Assessment (CDA) by executing CDA checklist/procedures for controls and recording results in Citi Risk & Control (CRC).

Our client are a boutique, global PR and Communications agency, specialising in B2B Financial and Fintech Communications with some fantastic regional projects for amazing clients!

They are seeking an Account Manager or SAM to join their Singapore team. The Account Manager will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients with a hands on approach. Those with more experience will be considered for an SAM role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of client relationships and work collaboratively with the team
• Involved in day to day client relationships and providing advice to clients
• Hands on approach on campaigns including drafting and overseeing press releases, Q&As and key documents to a high standard
• Developing and actioning social media plans
• Ensuring timelines are met
• Managing relationships with journalists, vendors and industry opinion leaders.
• Identifying client objectives and which channels are best to achieve their goals
• Stay current on industry trends and developments, particularly within arts and culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Monitoring progress of projects and campaigns

Requirements:

• 4+ years of PR and Comms experience
• PR and Communications agency experience is ideal but not essential
• An interest or passion in art and culture is essential
• Experience in B2B Corporate communciations is preferred, especially topics such as Finance and Fintech
• Strong network within regional media, ideally with B2B trade media
• Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to be hands on across advising clients and executing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
